Tracker Card setup (iOS)

1. Tracker Card charge

Your new Tracker Card The battery is not yet fully charged to optimally protect it and ensure its full performance. Even without use, the battery will discharge over time. Use a wireless charger and charge the battery. Card, until the indicator light changes from red to green.


2. Gerät einschalten

3. App pairing

  1. Activate Bluetooth on your phone
  2. Open the "Where is?" app on your iPhone
  3. Keep the GPS Tracker Card near your iPhone
  4. Select the tabsCard “objects“, tap on “Add object“ and then on “Other supported object"
  5. Once your GPS Tracker Card was found, tap on "connect"
  6. Enter a name for your device and choose an emoji for easier identification.
  7. Confirm the link to your Apple ID by clicking on “Agree“ types
  8. Complete the process by clicking on “Finish“ types

Karte wird nicht erkannt?Werkseinstellungen Reset

Ein Werksreset hilft bei Problemen beim Koppeln oder wenn die Karte vom Handy nicht erkannt wird — auch bei fabrikneuen Karten.

  1. Entferne das Gerät in der „Wo ist?"-App unter dem Reiter „Objekte".
  2. Schalte das Gerät ein und doppelklicke die Taste, um es zu aktivieren.
  3. Klicke die Taste 4 Mal und halte sie beim 5. Drücken etwa 8 Sekunden lang gedrückt: Das Gerät gibt 5 Signaltöne aus. Halte sie weiter gedrückt ohne loszulassen, bis 3 weitere Töne folgen — der Reset ist abgeschlossen.

Anschließend kannst du die Karte wie oben beschrieben neu koppeln.

4. Inserting the Tracker Card

Position the Tracker Card Now in your smart wallet. Ideally, place it in the right inner compartment of your smart wallet, exactly as shown in the image. This way it's perfectly integrated and your Smart Wallet is from now on always findable.

Find your device with the Find My app

  1. Open the "Find My" app on your iPhone.
  2. Go to registerCard 'Objects'.
  3. Select your device from the list to view its current location on a Card to be displayed.

Find device with beep

  1. Open the "Find My" app on your iPhone.
  2. Choose the registerCard 'Objects' out of.
  3. Tap on your device in the list.
  4. Choose "Play sound" Your device will then emit a beep to help you find it more easily if it is nearby.

Notify if left behind

You can activate a feature in the "Find My" app that automatically notifies you as soon as you move away from your item. This way, you'll always be informed if you've forgotten your wallet or left it somewhere.

  1. Open the "Find My" app on your iPhone.
  2. Go to registerCard 'Objects' and choose the Essentialbag GPS Tracker Card out of.
  3. Scroll down to “Announcements”.
  4. Activate the option "Notify us if you leave someone behind".

  1. Open the 'Find My' app on your iPhone.
  2. Choose the registerCard 'Objects'.
  3. Tap on your device in the list.
  4. Scroll down and select "Remove object".
  5. Confirm your selection by clicking again. "Remove" typed.

After the device is removed, it will emit a beep. The device does not switch off but remains in pairing mode. If no re-pairing occurs within 10 minutes, the device will exit pairing mode. If you wish to re-pair the device at this point, press the device button once. The device will beep, indicating that it is back in pairing mode and can be paired again.

To restart

Click the button 5 times in quick succession. The device will play 4 tones and then switch off.

Tracker Card charge

Low battery notification

With the "Where is?" app, you will be notified after about 10 months when the battery of your tracker-Card is almost empty. This way you can react in time and ensure that your Card It's always ready. You can also check the current battery level at any time in the app.
