This is how the return process works

  1. Use our Returns portal, to create your shipping label.
  2. Pack your product securely – the original packaging is helpful, but not mandatory.
  3. Take the package to the post office or your shipping provider. You will receive your refund as soon as it arrives with us.

A notice: A separate return form is not necessary. Everything is automatically processed when you use the returns portal.

Important information regarding returns

  • Please send returns exclusively to the return address specified in the portal – other addresses, such as our company address, cannot be edited and are usually returned to the sender.
  • Our company address is No returns center. They lack the staff and infrastructure to process it.
  • In exceptional cases, a return sent to the wrong address may be processed retroactively as a gesture of goodwill – however, with a significant delay about the statutory 14-daysThe deadline has passed. There is no entitlement to expedited processing in these cases.

Early refund as a gesture of goodwill

If the processing of your return is delayed, our support team may, in some cases, issue an early refund as a gesture of goodwill.

Please send the following documents to support@essentialbag.de:

  • A photo of the shipping receipt
  • A photo of your returned package with the label visible.

Whether an early refund is possible will be decided individually by our team at their best discretion.

Return actions andQuantity discounts

  • "3 for 2" or "5 for 3" offers: If you return one or more items, the discount will be forfeited. The items you keep will be charged at the regular individual price.
  • “2 for 1” offers: If you return one or both items, the discount will be invalidated. You will then pay the regular price for the item you keep.
  • Quantity discounts (e.g. 10% for 2 items): The discount is also forfeited upon return. Single PackThe item, and the unit price will be adjusted.

If the returns portal isn't working for you

Please contact us by email at support@essentialbag.de, so that we can help you manually.

You can then You can declare your cancellation informally in writing via email. and briefly mention that the returns portal didn't work for your order.

Then you can return it. on your own (own shipping) Send it to the correct return address. You can get this from support or find it in the returns portal.

Important: Returns processed without using the returns portal are more complicated and generally take longer. We strongly recommend using the portal for fast and smooth processing.
